Spicy Edamame

Hold on a sec. I’m too busy LICKING THAI CHILI SAUCE OFF MY FINGERS BECAUSE THIS EDAMAME WAS SO GOOD. It’s also terribly easy. It’s not even a recipe, really. It’s a recommendation. Thai chili sauce + extra garlic + edamame = gooood.

Spicy Edamame
serves 2

6oz frozen edamame
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
salt and pepper

Heat frozen edamame according to directions — I just used the microwave. Heat sesame oil in a small skillet and cook the garlic for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and chili garlic sauce and stir to combine. Toss cooked edamame in the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Grab a handful of napkins and go to town!
